Marisol Lopez
Marisol Lopez is a dedicated attorney with a profound commitment to advocating for the underdog. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin, where she developed a passion for justice and equity. After earning her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Nebraska College of Law, she equipped herself with the expertise necessary to make a significant impact in the legal field. Marisol trained at the renowned Trial Lawyers College in 2009, founded by Gerry Spence, to try cases with greater compassion, connection, and effectiveness.
Before her transition to law, Marisol excelled as an educator, where she made a lasting impression on her students and their families. She was also awarded the Sallie Mae for Teacher of the year in DISD. Her experience as a teacher instilled in her a strong dedication to helping those in need, a principle that continues to guide her work as an attorney.
In her legal practice, Marisol has successfully represented injured clients, advocating for individuals affected by work injuries, construction-related accidents, and car accidents—including those involving 18-wheelers—as well as wrongful death and traumatic brain injuries caused by the negligence of others. She is particularly proud of her work representing the Hispanic community, ensuring that their rights are protected and that they receive the compensation they deserve. Marisol is fluent in Spanish, which is invaluable for effectively serving entrepreneurs and clients in the community.
Over the course of 21 years, Marisol has collected millions of dollars for her clients, demonstrating exceptional skill as a litigator and negotiator. Her victories at the Court of Appeals and the Texas Supreme Court have solidified her reputation as a formidable advocate in the legal community. Marisol is admitted to practice in the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
Marisol has also succeeded in obtaining dismissals for those accused of crimes and has been successful in reducing alleged charges, minimizing the devastating impact of convictions, for other alleged offenses. Today, Marisol continues to fight tirelessly for those who cannot fight for themselves, embodying her belief that everyone deserves a voice and access to justice.

Samuel Lopez
Samuel “Sam” Lopez is a compassionate and driven attorney, whose commitment to justice is fueled by his personal experiences and dedication to serving others. Sam received his B.A. in Psychology and a Business Foundation Certificate from McCombs School of Business from the University of Texas at Austin. Sam went on to receive his Juris Doctor from UNT Dallas College of Law. Throughout his legal academic career, Sam received various awards including a Cali award for finishing 1st in his class for both advanced tort law and legal writing.
Sam began his career at the young age of 16, gaining early exposure to the legal field and honing his skills in various capacities. His drive for justice led him to work in the Innocence Clinic during law school where he was dedicated to exonerating wrongfully convicted individuals and reforming the criminal justice system. Furthermore, Sam worked in the legal areas of mass tort, bankruptcy and personal injury cases, before, during and after law school. Sam’s approach to law is rooted in his belief that the legal system should protect and empower people. Above all, Sam seeks to use his legal education and experience to ensure that justice is served, standing up for individuals whose voices often go unheard. As he continues to grow in his legal career, he remains dedicated to using his knowledge and skills to advocate for fairness and uphold the principles of justice. Sam further advocates for the Latino community as he is proficient in Spanish.
